We are currently looking for an Operations & Brand Support team member to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about sustainability, creativity, and structured execution. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include maintaining and organizing project-related documentation, coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams, supporting operational activities in aquaculture, sustainability, and ethical fashion, assisting with reporting, content research, and basic communication, as well as performing administrative duties and bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, an interest in sustainability and interdisciplinary collaboration, and the ability to multitask and learn on the go.
