About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers who are eager to begin their career in the Background Verification (BGV) industry. As an Education Verification Associate, you will be responsible for conducting educational background checks, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality of information.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact educational institutions to verify academic credentials of candidates.
• Collect, review, and record verification details in the system.
• Prepare accurate reports and update case statuses within timelines.
• Ensure adherence to verification guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case closures.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet research.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
