Role Description

This is an on-site opportunity as an Operations Assistant Intern with the possibility of converting into a full-time job at Travel Menu. As an Operations Assistant, you will perform day-to-day tasks to support the operations team. This includes assisting in researching market trends, coordinating with different departments, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This is an on-site role located in Bhopal.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification, with some knowledge of Travel Industry
• Open to learn new hard skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
