Operations Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues across multiple regions. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
• Communicate with clients and team members in multiple languages.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and operational databases.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle basic administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (required).
• Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English (spoken & written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
