As an Operations Analyst Apprentice at ByteDance in the Trust & Safety team based in Gurgaon, India, you will play a crucial role in building a safe online community where people can freely discover, create, and connect. The Trust & Safety team is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of our global online community by investing in human and machine-based moderation to swiftly remove harmful content before it reaches our users. In this role, you may come across harmful content such as images, videos, and texts related to various aspects of life, and your primary responsibility will be to contribute to maintaining a safe online environment. The ByteDance Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide recent graduates like you with valuable industry exposure and hands-on experience. As part of this 12-month program, you will have the opportunity to explore diverse roles within the organization. You will be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks efficiently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to problem-solving, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to support team goals. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data and reports.
