Operations & Admin Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing operations and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the bridge between clients and the design team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements.

· Understand client needs and translate them into actionable directives for the design and creative teams.

· Manage end-to-end project coordination, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.

· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.

· Handle client dealings professionally, building strong and lasting relationships.

· Assist in the review and quality control of graphic designs to ensure they meet client expectations and brand standards.

· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in the operations of a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design workflows and tools.
• Excellent client handling and communication skills.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
