Key Responsibilities: - Track and Trace Operations: Monitor and ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery of assigned loads daily using tracking systems and customer portals for real-time updates. - Accountability: Take full ownership of tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency with minimal supervision, and proactively address any arising issues. - Internal Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (e.g., Carrier sales, customer service, accounting) for accurate and efficient client transactions. - Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing education programs to deepen logistics industry knowledge, understand market trends, and T3RA's business operations. - Data Accuracy: Maintain detailed and precise records of all load activities, appointments, and communications to uphold operational excellence and client satisfaction. Qualifications: - Experience: 2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or related field preferred. - Skills: - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple loads and deadlines. - Strong logistics knowledge, including familiarity with tracking systems, customer portals, and freight operations. - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus.
