T3RA Logistics, a leading freight brokerage company, is seeking a detail-oriented and accountable Operations Specialist (Track and Trace Specialist) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless freight operations, maintaining strong internal relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong logistics knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Track and Trace Operations: Monitor and ensure on-time pickup, transit, and delivery of all assigned loads daily, utilizing tracking systems and customer portals to provide real-time updates. Accountability: Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency with minimal supervision, while proactively addressing any issues that arise. Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (e.g., Carrier sales, customer service, and accounting) to ensure client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Continuous Learning: Actively participate in ongoing education programs to deepen knowledge of the logistics industry, market trends, and T3RA’s business operations. Data Accuracy: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all load activities, appointments, and communications to support operational excellence and client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience: 2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or a related field preferred. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple loads and deadlines. Strong logistics knowledge, including familiarity with tracking systems, customer portals, and freight operations. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus.
