Operation - Mutual Funds & Broking

As a Mutual Fund Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities related to mutual fund investments. Your role will involve handling mutual fund transactions, maintaining client records, preparing and sending monthly reports and tax documents, and managing new client account openings and existing client portfolios across multiple asset classes. - Handle daily mutual fund transactions accurately and upload related data. - Maintain and update client records and investment data systematically. - Prepare and send monthly portfolio performance reports and tax reports to clients. - Manage the onboarding process for new client accounts and ensure smooth account setup. - Oversee existing client accounts, ensuring timely updates and addressing client queries. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in mutual fund operations or financial services preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in MS Excel and data management tools. - Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.,
