Operation Manager

You will be joining a reputed footwear brand in India as an experienced MBA candidate for the footwear manufacturing industry located in Edayar Aluva, Kerala. Your role will require a strong understanding of materials such as fabrics and synthetic materials, proficiency in design software including CAD tools and pattern-making software, and awareness of trends in fashion and consumer preferences. In addition, you should be familiar with production techniques such as stitching, molding, and finishing, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail orientation to ensure precision in measurements and quality checks. A critical aspect of your role will involve managing teams effectively and driving innovation within the organization. This will include leading cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts, and demonstrating effective communication skills in presenting ideas, negotiating with vendors, and reporting to stakeholders. You will also be expected to adapt to technological shifts and market dynamics through change management practices and tackle operational challenges with strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
