Operation & maintenance - solar

Job Title: Operation & Maintenance Engineer/Executive – Solar Industry

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain solar power plants to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and associated equipment.
• Perform regular inspections, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Maintain performance records, generation reports, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely resolution of technical issues.
• Optimize plant performance through analysis of SCADA and monitoring systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in Solar O&M.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and HT/LT equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in field conditions with a safety-first mindset.
