Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily kitchen and backend operations
Support inventory tracking, cost sheet maintenance, and vendor coordination
Aid in the procurement and sourcing of raw materials
Track and manage supply chain flow.
Handle documentation and record-keeping (e.g., bills, agreements, checklists)
