Looking for a candidate for Operations Executive - Supply Chain (3rd Party) will report to Assistant Manager - Supply Chain
Coordinating site operations incl. documentation, vessel & container handling & discharge, bagging/ bottling operations and truck/ rake loading. Ensure quality product is loaded and delivered to the customer by managing all operational aspects.
STN/ DC/ E-Way bill creation for Bulk and Biosciences in SAP S/4 Hana, Maintaining daily & monthly reports, Monthly closing in SAP
Vetting of import documents, Custom duty calculation, vetting of checklist for filing BOE etc.
Manage all aspects of plant and port operations including bills, verification and compliance. Conduct Physical Verification once every quarter in line with Mosaic operational practices.
Manage coordination with sales, railways/ transporters, finance etc. for in-country transportation.
Manage inventories of all packaging material including deliveries from packing vendors.
Key Competencies.
Strong Operations drive and ownership/ solution oriented and go-getter
Undertanding and knowledge of import and customs documentation
SAP MM module/ Data entry
Understanding of commercials
MS Excel, Outlook/ emails, verbal communication
Managing internal and external stakeholders
Travel 30to40% required
Languages Fluent in Hindi/ Gujarati/ Marathi. Working knowledge of English.
Other skill : 2 wheeler driving with valid license.
