Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Operations Executive to oversee and streamline day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operational activities run smoothly, processes are optimized, and performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure efficient execution of workflows.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in operations.
• Work towards improving operational performance by analyzing data and KPIs.
• Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of goals.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
• Track key metrics and analyze operational data for decision-making.
• Customer and Vendor Relations:
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, contracts, and processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations or a similar role, preferably .
• Proficiency in using CRM, MS Office Suite, and other operational tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Sales.
• Familiarity with CRM.
• Multitasking and team management capabilities.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,034.59 per month
