Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to students via phone, email, chat, and social media for education-related training programs.
• Handle public queries related to the Bihar Government project with accuracy and empathy.
• Collaborate with the team in organizing and executing awareness and campaign programs in colleges, institutions, and universities.
• Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
• Assist in resolving complaints or technical concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• A professional, empathetic, and positive approach to customer handling.
• Strong team collaboration and organizational skills.
