Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our operations team. The role primarily involves checking and printing invoices, ensuring correct products are packed with the right invoice, and maintaining overall quality standards before dispatch. 1 Key Responsibilities Verify order details and prepare invoices for each shipment. Place invoices accurately inside the respective packages. Ensure the right product, size, and quantity are packed as per the order. Conduct quality checks to confirm products are free of defects and meet company standards. Coordinate to ensure timely and accurate dispatches. Maintain records of packed and dispatched orders. Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or packaging. 2 Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy. Basic computer knowledge for invoice checking and printing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or operations is an advantage (not mandatory). Skills NeededEye for detail and quality.
