Operation Executive - Mutual Fund

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee daily mutual fund operations and ensure timely processing of transactions.

● Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

● Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

● Stay updated on industry regulations (such as SEC rules) and ensure mutual fund operations comply with all relevant legal requirements.

● Manage in-house processing of KYC under CAMS and CVL KRA platforms.

● Implement SEBI regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.

● Monitor and reconcile fund flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in settlements.

● Oversee compliance and regulatory processes.

● Monitor the end-to-end transaction journey, including both commercial and non-commercial processes.

● Optimize processes by providing product inputs and simplifying operational activities through interactions with external vendors (RTA, AMCs, Payment Aggregators).

● Handle fund activations, scheme master updating, regulatory circulars, purchases, redemptions, SIPs, portfolio analysis, statement analysis, and NAV checks.

● Prepare SOPs.

● Work on transaction reporting across platforms, including BSE Star, API, and manual reporting (channel transactions).

Qualifications

● Minimum of 1+ years of experience in mutual fund operations.

●Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

● Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
