Mahodadhi Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily business operations. This role involves handling client collections, assisting in banking-related processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Collection:

• Follow up with clients for due and overdue payments via calls, emails, and official reminders.
• Maintain records of receivables, payment schedules, and collections.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to reconcile client payments.
• Address and resolve client queries related to outstanding balances.
• Generate regular collection reports and escalate delays when necessary.

Banking Support:

• Prepare and process banking documentation for account opening, fund transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Liaise with bank officials for routine transactions and issue resolution.
• Monitor daily bank transactions and assist in reconciliation.
• Ensure timely submission of cheques, RTGS/NEFT requests, and other financial instruments.
• Maintain accurate records of all banking activities.

Operational Coordination:

• Support internal teams in day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,258.66 - ₹18,754.49 per month
