Key Responsibilities Track vehicle movement and delivery status in real-time. Update trip and vehicle data in logistics/transport software. Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal staff for smooth operations. Handle and resolve customer queries related to shipments and delivery timelines. Ensure accurate and timely flow of information to all stakeholders. Requirements Mandatory experience in Transport or Logistics industry . Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in any software/computer operations. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure. Immediate joiners only .
