Job Description : 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services for our clients. 2. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services. 3. Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on leads to ensure timely communication. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database for future reference. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. 6. Continuously improve communication skills and expand product knowledge to better assist customers. 7. Provide valuable feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and overall service quality. 8. Conduct Field Visits for Brand Awareness and Promote Services 9. Be flexible for other works, if required.
