Operation Executive

• Production Planning and Execution:Creating and managing production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and coordinating resources to meet production targets.
• Resource Management:Optimizing the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Quality Control:Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Inventory Management:Managing inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing storage costs.
• Supply Chain Management:Coordinating with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Compliance and Safety:Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Team Leadership:Supervising and motivating operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and reporting on operational performance to senior management.
• Process Improvement:Identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational performance.
• Budget Management:Contributing to the development and management of operational budgets.
• Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative manufacturing practices.
