Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gandhidham for an Operations Engineer. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the terminal, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and optimizing operational efficiency. Tasks include monitoring systems, managing the flow of materials, collaborating with other departments, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities
  • Customer service experience and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in terminal operations or a related industry is a plus
