Dear Candidate, This is with reference to an opportunity with Aurionpro Solution Ltd; for the position of Operation Cum Infra Support Hiring for Bangalore Skill Sets and capabilities :- Service Pack installations Security Patch installations Capacity Planning OS, DB Patching Worked with tools like Dyna Trace, Tivoli Experience:4-5 years Qualification: BE/ B tech / MCA Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server OS enough to navigate logs and check system health. OS, DB, Web Server, App Server Patching - security and service Storage Management - creation on LUN and Mount point Ability to trace connectivity issues using tools like ping, traceroute, netstat, and tcpdump. Familiarity with switching, routing, and firewall concepts Good knowledge of Unix commands Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL (preferable). Must have worked in the Banking domain for at least 4+ years. Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting problems, providing testing.
