OS, DB, Web Server, App Server Patching - security and service Storage Management - creation on LUN and Mount point Ability to trace connectivity issues using tools like ping, traceroute, netstat, and tcpdump. Familiarity with switching, routing, and firewall concepts Good knowledge of Unix commands Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL (preferable). Must have worked in the Banking domain for at least 4+ years. Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting problems, providing testing.
