Operation Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth coordination between different departments internally and externally, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services committed to clients. You will also be in charge of coordinating and managing the field operations team stationed in various states and departments of other organizations. It will be crucial for you to follow operations functions stringently as per SOPs and plan day-to-day activities to meet deadlines efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between different departments of the organization and external parties - Manage and supervise the field operations team in various locations - Ensure compliance with SOPs for operations functions - Visit and coordinate operations with different organizations - Prepare and submit daily shift activity reports - Submit daily progress reports on assigned assignments Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of experience in operations with excellent communication skills - Graduation in preferably BE/B-Tech, Science/Mathematics, or Masters in operations background - Strong problem-solving skills - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Must be presentable, self-motivated, and possess a high level of confidence - Good geographical knowledge of India to manage assignments effectively - Must have an Android/iPhone and a two-wheeler and be residing in or willing to shift to Gurugram Note: Salary discussion will be as per the current CTC.
