Job Description

As an experienced Architect with expertise in OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager, your role will involve designing and implementing innovative solutions in a hybrid work model to contribute to the company's growth. You will lead the design and development of solutions, oversee technology integration, provide technical guidance, collaborate with teams, maintain documentation, ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct system reviews, optimize system performance, monitor project progress, evaluate emerging technologies, facilitate workshops, coordinate with vendors, and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of solutions using OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager to meet business requirements. - Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to improve operational efficiency. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members for successful project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for solution design. - Develop and maintain documentation for architecture design and implementation processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural designs. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement. - Implement strategies to optimize system performance and scalability. - Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders for alignment with business goals. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with team members. - Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for seamless integration of solutions. - Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to solve complex business challenges. Qualifications: - Possess a strong understanding of OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager with proven experience in solution design and implementation. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Have a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. - Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and creating comprehensive reports. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. - Be capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
