As an Employee Engagement Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting in planning and executing employee engagement activities, cultural events, and celebrations. You will also collect feedback from employees to understand engagement needs and suggest improvements. Additionally, you will coordinate with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of events. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking training programs. - Assisting trainers and managers with learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs. - Maintaining training records, attendance, and evaluation data. - Helping in preparing training materials, presentations, and communication. In terms of General L&D Support, you will collaborate with HR and other departments to align training and engagement initiatives. You will also monitor participation and share reports on engagement and training effectiveness, while bringing fresh ideas to enhance employee experience and learning culture.
