Role Overview
Leads the frontend development team, delivering responsive ReactJS web portals. Ensures accessibility, localization (Arabic/English), and compliance with UAE security and data privacy standards.Responsibilities- Define frontend coding standards and reusable component libraries.- Lead UI performance optimization and secure API integration.- Ensure WCAG accessibility, RTL support, and responsive design.- Review pull requests, mentor developers, resolve escalated issues.- Collaborate with UX and Journey Designers to deliver intuitive experiences.- Integrate secure user flows with backend services (KYC, Payments, CRM).- Ensure CI/CD readiness of frontend applications.Skills- 8+ years in frontend engineering with ReactJS.- Proficient in TypeScript, Redux/Zustand/TanStack, and API integration.- Experience with Azure AD authentication and JWT handling.- Knowledge of CI/CD workflows.Good to Have- Awareness of Flutter/React Native (for future extensions).- Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR-compliant UI data handling.- Familiarity with Power BI embedding in portals.
