Openings for Fresher's In IPM Team

The responsibilities for this role include conducting prior art searches and patent landscape analysis in the field of chemistry. You will be assisting in the preparation and review of invention disclosures, patent specifications, and technical documents. Additionally, you will coordinate with R&D teams to understand inventions and assess their patentability. It will be your responsibility to support in tracking patent filing timelines, deadlines, and renewals, as well as maintaining IP databases and records in compliance with internal and legal standards. Staying updated on developments in patent law, WIPO/PCT, and national patent offices is also a key part of this role. Furthermore, you will provide assistance in drafting responses to patent office actions under supervision. To excel in this position, you should have a strong academic background in Chemistry (M.Sc.) and possess excellent analytical and research skills. The ability to interpret scientific data and technical literature is essential. While basic knowledge of patents and intellectual property concepts is preferred, training will be provided to enhance your understanding. Good communication and technical writing skills are necessary for this role, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with patent databases.,
