Chat Support Executives


Role: Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Location:


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via live chat or email professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits.

  • Collaborate with internal teams when required to resolve queries.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent written English communication.

  • Typing speed of 3035 WPM with 90%+ accuracy.

  • Good problem-solving skills and patience to handle customer queries.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
