As the Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances across healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, and service domains. You will play a key role in co-creating offerings, expanding market presence, and driving mutual value through collaboration.
Develop and execute a robust B2B partnership strategy aligned with Marzis growth
objectives.
Identify potential partners, pitch value propositions, and close high-impact deals.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients, corporates, and channel
partners.
Collaborate with partners to design tailored offerings for senior living and wellness.
Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and legal coordination.
Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to activate partnerships.
Track KPIs, partner satisfaction, and revenue contribution
The ideal candidate will come with strong B2B sales experience, having built and scaled partnerships from ground up. And be adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments, structuring win-win deals, and driving measurable business outcomes.
