Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
Provide information about financial products and services.
Handle branch documentation and maintain accurate records.
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
Support branch operations and achieve assigned service/sales targets.

Skills Required

Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
Strong customer handling & problem-solving ability.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Eligibility

Minimum HS Pass (Higher Secondary).
Graduate candidates are also eligible.
Freshers can apply
