The Team Leader Collections is responsible for overseeing a team of collection agents to ensure efficient debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership
Supervise and support a team of collection agents, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor individual and team performance, setting goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive results.
Motivate the team to achieve targets while maintaining high levels of morale and engagement.
