Job Description

Resource would be primarily working as a technical resource handling developments in Oracle Siebel CRM.

Resource should have capabilities to understand Business and System requirements and design the technical and High-level design of applications/services

Oracle Siebel CRM At least 8 years of experience in implementation.

Mandatory - Experience of working on Siebel v19 or above for development.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, e Scripting, Workflow process Management.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Siebel Integration using Siebel EAI for inbound and outbound web services.
Should be prepared to work on any engagement (Support & implementation) as required.
Understanding of Siebel design process and application architecture principles
Collaborate with Solution Architect, Business Analysts and other teams to arrive at recommendations for technical decisions in the delivery of detailed designs.
Experience in Project execution methodologies and responsibilities
Desired – Knowledge in Siebel Field Service Management
Desired - Hands-on experience with reporting using OBIEE.
Desired - Understanding of the Siebel data models.
Training – delivering hands-on and virtual training sessions, support workshops, participating in knowledge sharing sessions.

Should have knowledge on Data Migration and Data loading concepts.
Responsible for Customer Production Support, tracking-incidents, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production calls
