We are seeking a motivated Multilingual Cold Calling Agent to join our team. You will drive outbound calls, generate leads, and support customers across multiple languages. A basic understanding of IT products is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound cold calls and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
• Explain products/services clearly and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.

• Excellent communication skills in [English, Hindi].
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales, tele calling, or support is preferred.
• Communication skills in Malayalam would be an added advantage.
