We're seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of MEP systems for our construction projects. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Project Management*: Oversee MEP projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.2. *Team Management*: Lead and manage MEP teams, providing guidance and support.3. *Design and Development*: Review and approve MEP designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.4. *Collaboration*: Work with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.5. *Quality Control*: Ensure MEP systems meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
1. *Experience*: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.2. *Technical Expertise*: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
