Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled GIS Programmer to design, develop, and maintain GIS applications, tools, and spatial databases.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and experience working with GIS software, spatial data analysis, and web-based GIS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, customize, and maintain GIS applications and tools

· Design and manage spatial databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.

· Create and integrate GIS-based web applications using frameworks such as Leaflet, OpenLayers, or ArcGIS API for JavaScript.

· Work with GIS software like ArcGIS, QGIS, and other mapping tools to analyze spatial data.

· Develop automation scripts for geo processing tasks

· Collaborate with IT and GIS teams to ensure seamless data integration with enterprise systems.

· Troubleshoot and resolve GIS-related technical issues.

Preferable Skills:

• Proven experience as a GIS Programmer, GIS Developer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of web mapping frameworks (Leaflet, OpenLayers, ArcGIS API for JavaScript).
• Familiarity with spatial databases (PostGIS, SQL Server Spatial, or similar).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and data formats such as GeoJSON, KML, and Shapefiles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
