Job Description

Role & responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes for solar PV modules Monitor daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are achieved. Ensure adherence to QAP, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols. Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality, and planning departments for smooth production flow. Lead and mentor shift supervisors, operators, and technicians to maintain a high-performance culture towards product quality. Analyze production data and implement improvements for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control. Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Report production KPIs and deviations to management regularly. Participate in new product introduction and line/machine commissioning as needed. Interaction with customer on required basis during plant visits. Support PDI and in-line inspections with customers. Documentation and clearance of MDCC. Designing and improvement of QAP (Quality assurance plan). EL Monitoring. Prior experience in people management. Required candidate profile Should be experienced in Process and Quality for Solar Module Manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of solar PV module Quality processes and parameters. Strong understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001, IEC standards) Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and root cause analysis (RCA) abilities.
