• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on building practical AI
applications
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep
learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques
• Knowledge of vector databases for semantic retrieval of relevant context
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical
stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AI orchestration tools like LangChain, Flowise, or similar agent SDKs
• Experience with agent architecture optimization techniques
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications
• Experience developing and deploying AI-powered APIs
• Familiarity with AI-driven process optimization for business workflows
• Experience with model retraining and optimization pipelines
