Job Role-Accounts Head (Plant Accounting Experience Must, and he will lead all Plant Accounting Team)

Job Title: AGM/DGM - Accounts

Requirements:

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 10+ years of experience and post qualification in similar role

• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, SAP, and the Companies Act.

• Experience in accounts finalization, financial reporting with SAP exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and compliance regulations.
• Expertise in SAP ERP modules related to finance and accounting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts finalization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead the financial reporting process, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements and cash flow reports.
• Ensure SAP implementation and optimization for financial processes, leveraging its capabilities for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and financial risk management strategies.
• Proven expertise in month-end closures, cost and tax audits, financial reporting, statutory compliances, and audit management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on governance, accuracy, and process efficiency.
