1.Collection of inputs from the client, Coordination with the Client & Conceptualization of the project.
2. Checking of drawings, approval & issue to the client.
3. Preparation & compilation of project data & calculation,URS for the project & project cost estimate.
4.Preparation of schedule of deliverable for the project &Quantity survey for various disciplines.
5.Preparation of tender documents & Standardization of drawings & documents whenever required.
6.Preparation of standard template based on project requirements & integration with the library.
7. Mentoring of new members.
