The General Accountant role at Astral Coating Pvt. Ltd. will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, leading to improved financial transparency and efficiency.

This will directly impact cost management and profitability by streamlining accounting operations and enhancing internal controls.

Financial Management:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
Handle general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process transporter bills as per agreements and shipment costs in SAP.
Issue debit notes to transporters against shortage and damaged material.
Manage vendor balances and confirmations and review monthly provisions.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

Conduct bank reconciliations and petty cash book handling.
Perform royalty reconciliations and manage monthly sales and stock reports.
Support internal audits and prepare quarterly TPC working.

Inventory & Asset Management:

Conduct physical verification of assets, raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials.
Manage logistics including daily dispatch planning and coordination with transporters.

MIS & Documentation:

Prepare and manage MIS reports related to sales, logistics, and expenses.
Handle documentation for vendor payments, service contractor bills, and GR/IR reviews.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
