Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons and make outbound calls to customer answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information. Rolls and Responsibilities * Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients. * Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services, book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints. * Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM. * Associate must reply to those queries in a set format. * Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal. Competencies and Skills Required Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client company. The major skills and competencies that we are looking for in a candidate are: 1. Good communications skills 2. Ability to listen proactively 3. Problem solving skills 4.
