Onshore Completion / Workover Rig Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing logistics on Offshore Rigs, considering space constraints on site. Additionally, you will need to have good knowledge of critical completion equipment and supervising various operations such as TCP/Wireline/Coiled Tubing/Fishing Operations. It is crucial to understand flow assurance chemicals requirements, handling procedures, and safety aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage logistics on Offshore Rigs, taking into account space constraints - Demonstrate knowledge of critical completion equipment like Packer, Fluid Loss Valve, Safety Valves, Sliding Side Doors, and Wellhead & X-mas tree - Supervise TCP/Wireline/Coiled Tubing/Fishing Operations - Oversee Wireline/Coiled Tubing/Fishing Operations/Milling/sand cleanout - Understand flow assurance chemicals requirements, handling procedures, and safety aspects - Utilize Process Safety Management with hands-on experience in well testing, Coil Tubing, and Wireline Operations - Work with Pits & circulating system of Rig for handling multiple Drilling & Completion fluids - Manage Tank on Rig for Completion Fluids - Utilize Well Engineering softwares and computer reporting tools like EDM, Open Well, and Excel - Demonstrate personnel management skills and proficiency in the English Language - Previous experience with Company of supervising similar Operations is preferred - Possess a valid IWCF Well Control Certification - Supervisor level Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering or Sciences, or Diploma in Engineering - Minimum 5+ years of well operations management experience, with 5+ years as a completion/workover Supervisor - Experience in leading the supervision of Coil tubing/ Slickline/E-line operations - Proficiency in English and Hindi Additional Details: - Location: Barmer, Rajasthan - Rotation: 21 days Off/On pattern as needed (Day/Night) - Compensation: According to Market Standards - Number of Vacancy: 4,
