The Role: The primary purpose of the role is to work with well solutions and Senior Digital Engineers to support the business in the delivery of data quality, visualization, and AI. The role also includes supporting wells businesses, working with other members of the team to curate and maintain databases. The candidate should be self-motivated, willing to take ownership of their work, comfortable working in a diverse, multidisciplinary team, and able to contribute to the team's overall goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Senior Digital Engineers with a focus on data foundations and AI. - Populate and analyze data entry, data quality, and maintain healthy databases in wells. - Work closely with wells specialists and advisors in well integrity projects, including data entry and visualization. - Participate in team program planning and backlog refinement. - Perform other duties as required and assigned. Requirements for Success: - Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering. - Minimum years of relevant experience: 5+ years of relevant experience. - Required experiences/skills: Coding experience, strong work ethic, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, experience working with tracking, testing, and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Teams, experience in Wells Planning & Execution is desirable, ability to influence and work with others to achieve results, strong communication skills - both written and verbal, approaches problems from different perspectives to suggest and implement solutions, takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development. We are seeking a dedicated Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing equipment inventory, performing equipment assembly and disassembly, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory of incoming equipment and identify and update any shortages. Report deviations to the Operation Supervisor immediately. Disassemble equipment and prepare Assembly Data Sheets and work pack updates. Demonstrate expertise in the assembly and servicing of wireline, slickline, coil tubing, and control panels equipment according to engineering specifications. Apply knowledge of API 6A, 16A, BSEN, and ASME standards during equipment inspection. Perform equipment inspections using basic measuring instruments. Prepare for non-destructive testing (NDT) and phosphating, and coordinate with third-party services. Accurately identify new replacement parts and update them in Assembly Data Sheets (ADS) or Material Equipment Records (MER). Assemble equipment, ensuring visual and functional checks are completed before pressure testing. Prepare related documents for the pressure test. Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and service equipment when failures occur. Conduct final preparations for customer or rental equipment. Adhere strictly to company health, safety, environmental (HSE), and quality procedures. Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the oil & gas or industrial manufacturing sectors is preferred. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with pressure control equipment, including assembly and inspection.
