Level of Experience:

7 to 9 years of work experience in Oracle DB 12c/18/19c Installation, Upgrade, Configuration, Migration , Performance tuning and Golden Gate.

Responsibilities

• The main role of a Senior Consultant (Database) is for Core DBA with Golden Gate and Database migration experienced consultant that requiring a high level of technical expertise.
• Works directly with customers.
• Open to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
• Drives improvements in product quality.Consult with Customers on the complex use of Oracle products.
• Achieves knowledge transfer through the development and delivery of training, knowledge sessions, mentoring, etc.Creates /reviews Knowledge Articles.
• Analyzes workload determines best practices and implements changes to improve productivity.Proactively contributes to increasing the team efficiency by sharing knowledge, and providing feedback about best practices, and writing tools/utilities.

Technical skills:

• Database architecture knowledge and administration.
• Experience with cloud technologies from different vendors.Thorough understanding of the Oracle database features.
• Extensive hands-on interaction with large Database management systems.Multitenant ,Real Application Cluster (RAC) & ASM/Storage areas.
• Backup and Recovery, RMAN, Data guard, knowledge of various restore and recovery scenarios.
• Performance Tuning, Parallel query, Query tuning.Partitioning.Database Security.
• Golden Gate experience is must.
• Database migration experience is must.
• Enterprise Manager.Experience with Engineered systems-Exadata is a plus.
• General UNIX/Linux Concepts & AdministrationPersonal Attributes:Self-driven and result oriented.
• Open to working from the client's location (Locally)
• Strong customer support and client relation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-volume & high-pressure situations.
• Ability & Flexibiy to work late shifts.

Qualification

• Technical degree i.e. BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science / Management Information Systems / Engineering.
• Open to working in 24*7 shifts.
• Oracle OCP DBA certification
