Online Travel Agent Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain property listings on various OTA platforms FOR HOTELS
• Analyze and optimize listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
• Monitor and report on listing performance metrics
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate and compelling content
• Respond to inquiries and issues related to OTA listings
• Stay updated on OTA platform changes and industry best practices
• Implement strategies to enhance online presence and booking rates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with various OTA platforms
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
