Role Overview:

We are looking for an Online Sales Specialist to handle and convert all incoming inquiries across our online sales channels. The focus is simple — turn leads into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to all customer inquiries from
Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, website abandoned carts, and phone calls
Follow up with potential customers to
convert leads into sales
Maintain sales records and update data using
Google Sheets and Excel
Coordinate with the team to ensure all orders and customer requests are processed smoothly

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience
in sales and customer calling roles
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
Confident in handling customer interactions and closing sales
Must know how to use
Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, and Instagram
On-location job at
Pusa Road, New Delhi
(no work from home)
