Position: Online Sales & Order Coordinator – Sweet Shop (FMCG)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Sales & Order Coordinator to manage online orders, sales tracking, and customer coordination for a reputed sweet shop. The candidate will handle daily order management, courier coordination, and ensure timely dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor online sales orders received through websites, WhatsApp, and delivery apps.
• Coordinate with the production and packing team to ensure orders are processed on time.
• Arrange and track courier or delivery dispatches.
• Maintain daily order reports and update order status.
• Handle customer queries, payment updates, and feedback.
• Support in-house sales when required.
• Maintain records of stock movement for online orders.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / email handling).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during festive seasons.
• Prior experience in food / FMCG / retail sales preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
