Online Sales Executive (IndiaMART/ Tradeindia)

We are looking for a confident and dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online product listings, customer interactions, and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (IndiaMart, Trade India, Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media
• Follow up on online leads and convert them into sales
• Prior experience in B2B sales platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
• Receiving calls, Extract and manage leads from TradeIndia and IndiaMART dashboards

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 -2 year of experience in e-commerce or online sales
• Graduate or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with IndiaMART and its B2B functionalities (preferred).
• Knowledge of online sales platforms like India Mart, Trade India, Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools
• Familiarity with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, chat tools)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
